Welcome to Bluestone, SUNY Delhi’s restaurant and event center at the College Golf Course at Delhi.

Our restaurant is a partnership between the SUNY Delhi Hospitality Management Department and the College Association at Delhi, Inc. (CADI). Offering breathtaking views of the course and rolling foothills of the Catskill Mountains, Bluestone serves as a progressive learning laboratory that bridges classroom learning with industry experience.

During the fall and spring semesters, students enrolled in the Culinary Arts, Hotel & Restaurant Management, and Event Management programs will offer lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays, dinners on Thursday evenings, and brunch on Sundays, while CADI will offer a pub menu on Friday and Saturday evenings.
